In the fall, we learned about the 5 Senses that God gave us. In March, we had a visiting expert help us to review with some fun props and games!
For the last several weeks, we have been talking about our Planet Earth. We learned about landforms and waterforms. As I am sure you have all seen now, each student picked which landform they liked the most and got to create it themselves!
We learned about maps and globes so we shared our maps with each other before making a map of our landform.
This past week was insect week! We learned about insect body parts as well as things they eat and many other facts from non-fiction books. On Friday, we tested out knowledge and created a bug out of candy! (Thank you if you sent some things in for this! The kids loved it!! )
The kiddos have had fun looking for insects on the play ground!
